Return Policy

Customers may return products within 7 days from the date of receiving the order. Shipping and logistics fees will be deducted, including orders that were shipped with free shipping.

Due to the nature of the products and to maintain quality and shelf life, returns are not accepted after the specified period unless the product has a defect or issue.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • All seals and stickers on the product and its packaging must remain intact.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition upon return.

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of receipt.


Non-Returnable Cases

  • If the shipment has been received, opened, and used partially or fully, the order cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.

  • The store is not responsible for any damage caused to the products partially or fully while in the customer’s possession or due to misuse.


Damaged or Missing Items

  • If an order is received with a missing or damaged item, please contact the store within 48 hours of receipt and provide valid proof. The customer will be compensated for the product value accordingly.


Incorrect Orders

  • If an order is received that is completely different or belongs to another customer, please do not open any items and contact the store immediately to arrange the correct shipment and return of the incorrect order.

  • If any product from the incorrectly delivered order is used partially or fully, the customer is required to pay the full value of the used items within 24 hours of receiving the order.
